Fees
Quoted from the inventory, not from a seat count
A dictionary for forty events is not the same job as a dictionary for four hundred. We read a short scoping note — app, screens, whether events already fire — then send a figure. The table below is the floor, in ringgit, so you can tell whether a conversation is worth the morning.
| Engagement | Usual range | What moves the figure |
|---|---|---|
| Naming workshop | RM 3,200 for a half day, up to eight people | Travel beyond Klang Valley; extra seats; a recap in two languages |
| Tracking plan audit | From RM 8,500 | Number of distinct event names in the export; whether property keys are included |
| Instrumentation review | From RM 6,000 if we wrote the plan; from RM 9,500 if we did not | Number of events to tick; extra build flavours; a second retest |
| Event schema planning | Most first plans: RM 18,000–45,000 | Screen count, number of clients (iOS / Android / web), whether an old list must be migrated |
What a quote includes
The fee covers the workshops or review days named on the engagement page, the written dictionary or punch list, and the question window listed there. It does not cover engineering time in your repositories, dashboard construction, or a weekly reporting retainer.
Deposits
A thirty percent deposit holds the first workshop date. The remainder is due when the final document is delivered, or, for a workshop-only booking, on the morning of the session. See the refund notice for cancellations and work already started.
When we will not quote a fixed number
If you cannot share an event export or a screen map, we will not guess. We will ask for a two-hour paid inventory walk (billed at RM 1,400) and quote from what we saw. That walk is credited against schema planning if you continue.
