Terms of engagement
These terms apply when you request, book, or receive schema planning, an audit, an instrumentation review, or a naming workshop from Schema Pulse Point.
Acceptance
By sending a scoping note, paying a deposit, or attending a session, you agree to these terms. If you are booking for a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. We may refuse work that requires us to invent events for features that do not exist, or that requires identification numbers in event payloads.
The work
Schema Pulse Point provides written planning: event dictionaries, audit tables, punch lists, and workshop recaps. We do not write production code, operate analytics products, or process payments. Dates are confirmed only after the deposit named in the fee note is received.
Your materials
You remain responsible for the accuracy of event exports, test accounts, and product walkthroughs you provide. You must not send us raw user records, payment card data, or government identification numbers. If such data arrives by mistake, we will ask you to stop and will delete the file.
Intellectual property
The tracking plan, audit table, punch list, and recap produced for you become your documents on full payment. Our method, worksheets, banned-word lists used across clients, and the text of this website remain ours. You may not resell the method as a public course. You may share the dictionary inside your company and with engineers you hire to instrument it.
Confidentiality
We treat product screens, event names, and workshop discussion as confidential for three years after the engagement, except where disclosure is required by Malaysian law or where you have already made the material public.
Liability
We plan names and check builds against those names. We do not warrant a particular conversion rate, store ranking, or board outcome. Our total liability for an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement, except in cases of fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, where Malaysian law does not allow a cap. We are not liable for lost profits, lost charts, or the cost of rebuilding a funnel after you rename an event against our written advice.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts of Kuala Lumpur have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any non-waivable consumer rights that apply.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date you pay the deposit is the version that applies to that booking. Questions: info@schema-pulsepoint.digital.
