What we collect
From the contact form: name, email, the engagement you selected, a rough event-volume band, and the message you write. From email or phone: whatever you choose to send. We ask you not to include raw user records or identification numbers. During an engagement we may hold test-account credentials you provide, workshop attendance names, and the dictionary we write.
Why we hold it
To reply to scoping notes, schedule workshops, deliver the tracking plan or punch list, invoice, and keep a record of what was agreed. Optional analytics cookies, if you accept them, help us see which pages are read. Legal bases under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 include the contract for the engagement, our legitimate need to run the practice, and consent for optional cookies.
Retention
Unsuccessful enquiries are deleted after eighteen months. Contracts, invoices, and the delivered dictionary are kept for seven years for accounting and dispute purposes. Test-account passwords are deleted when the review ends. Cookie identifiers last as described in the cookie notice.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or, where the law allows, deletion of personal data we hold about you. You may withdraw cookie consent without losing the ability to read the site or send a scoping note. To make a request, write to the email above. You may also contact the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Department.
International transfers
Our email and document hosts may store copies outside Malaysia. Where that happens, we use providers who contract to protect the data and to limit use to hosting the practice. We do not sell personal data. We do not use enquiry messages to train public models.
Children
This site is written for product and analytics professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
